What is a Mommy Makeover?
The Mommy Makeover is a surgical combination designed for women who, after pregnancy and breastfeeding, have structural changes that diet and exercise cannot fix: abdominal laxity, rectus diastasis, breast sagging or loss of volume, and localised fat deposits.
Instead of addressing each change in separate surgeries, the Mommy Makeover brings together in a single operation the procedures your anatomy requires — usually abdominoplasty, breast lift or breast augmentation, and liposuction — under a single anaesthesia and a single recovery.
Are you a candidate?
A Mommy Makeover is indicated if:
- You finished your pregnancies and breastfeeding at least 6 months ago
- You are close to your stable weight (not actively losing weight)
- You have abdominal laxity or diastasis that exercise does not correct
- Your breasts have lost volume or firmness, or have sagged
- There is localised fat that does not respond to lifestyle changes
- Your general health allows combined surgery under general anaesthesia
One recovery, one harmonious result
Operating on the abdomen and breasts in a single session halves the time off work, the hospitalisation cost and the emotional impact compared with two separate surgeries. Joint planning also guarantees body harmony: the breast result is calibrated against the abdomen, not in isolation.
